Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pocatello by IHG

Stayed here on business. The room was great with a designated place for working. Nicely appointed with a great bed, not too hard! The breakfast options included hot foods and cold breakfast options, too. You can't go wrong with this choice. I even got there early enough for hot cookies in the lobby!

This hotel worked great for a weekend trip to Pocatello. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were clean and open 24 hours as was the gym. They also have a guest laundry. Their complimentary breakfast was alright - it was the same both mornings; yogurt, cold cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage, potato cubes, pancakes, toast, muffin, bagel and a fresh fruit (apple one day, banana the second). The pancake maker wasn’t working the the second day. The dining room was spacious and has a great view of the area. My only complaint (very minor) was the tv didn’t let me cast so I couldn’t watch the movie we were planning to watch. But it had a lot of options so we found a different show - not a big deal. Oh - and they had delicious complimentary cookies at the front desk.

This place was awesome! We came for a weekend from Blackfoot for my daughter's birthday. The staff was friendly, accommodating and 10\10 for them. The fitness room is small but the equipment was clean and working. Loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast had a good amount of choices and love the options to grab and go with a tray or a bag. Would definitely come again and recommend to anyone and everyone.

The location was easy and close to everything downtown. We had an amazing balcony and the staff were friendly. Lauren at the front was helpful and did an excellent job getting us checked in early for a wedding.

Breakfast service was very good. Standard fare, fresh, and GOOD coffee from a bean grinder / brewer. The location is off the highway and on top of a vista, offering great views of the mountains. Room cleanliness was slightly disappointing; hair on the floor, and someone else's water splash and toothpaste good on the faucett and sink basin. We stay here often and this is the first time room cleanliness has been an issue, so I'll consider it an anomaly this time. Overall a good place. Our Uhaul and truck bed contents were left undisturbed, as usual; we feel safe here and will continue to use this hotel on our frequent travels.

Great hotel in a pretty spot. The rooms have balconies and windows that open overlooking the mountains. One of the nicest Holiday Inns we've stayed at. The staff were all very kind too.

This was one of the better Holiday Inn Express & Suites we have stayed at recently. What really made this place stand out was the phenomenal service we received from Anna and Jasmine during our check-in. Simply stated, they made our stay a perfect one, so kudos to you both. The hotel has all the standard amenities you would expect, and our room was perfect, top floor, extremely large, with a kitchen, dining and living room area as well as a balcony to watch a perfect sunset from. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
